It is funny that it took about 20 years for neon colors to become in vogue in the bicycle industry again.
Thanks to skinny people wearing tight fitting jeans on their converted 78’ Merckx fixies who goes great length in color syncing their silly oversized BMX-roadbikes with neon colored parts (I mean they jump them around like they are BMX-bikes, what is up with that?) the once popular but then claimed ugly color is back in full vengeance.
So it is with a bit of sadness I witness this great quality handlebar in the mountain bike world known as the Answer Taperlite, one of the first cool aluminium handlebars painted in neon yellow but paled and scratched quite heavily.
You could repaint it but then you loose the cool silkscreened Taperlite/Yeti/Answer logo.
You could use it as it is but then fixie people would laugh at your silly attempt at being trendy and cool with such a worn component.
This fine neon colored handlebar, with a cool Yeti logo tucked over the larger Answer logo in extremely worn cosmetically finish can be yours to own for the silly sum of 15 euro.
Sorry if I am ridiculating fixies all over the world, you all know you want to ride a 21 speed 26″ rigid MTB anyway lol.
